- In Vanda Manager, Click Settings
- Under Registration, click on Religion
- Click Create
- Input Code, Description, the Sequence will be automatically filled (editable), and tick “Is Active” to activate upon creation
- Save
- New Religion can be seen in Vanda Clinic’s Patient Profile
