- In Vanda Manager, click User Management​
- Click Add
- Enter details such as Username, First name, User type, Password and Confirm Password. Tick “Is Active” to activate User upon creation.
  
- Select Branch that user will be able to access and one Default branch
- Select Rule(s) that will be assigned to the user
- Save
