• Click on ‘ Setting ‘
  

• Under ‘ Catalogs ‘ select ‘ Combined Medicine ‘
  

• Click ‘ Create ‘ 
  

• Enter the code, description of the combo, and the first medication in the combo.
  

• Click ‘ Add Item ‘ to add the additional medication in the combo
  

• Click ‘ Save ‘ 
  

• New Combo will be shown under Combined Medicine
