- Go to ‘Queue‘
- there are multiple ways to enter medical record -> here, The simplest way to go to medical record is to have the patient already in queue
- On the far right click on ‘health measurement‘
- Enter in patient ‘height‘, ‘weight‘, ‘waist‘ and smoking details, ‘bmi‘ is automatically calculated
- click on ‘save‘ once done to save changes
