- In Vanda Manager, Click Settings
- Under Registration, click on Diagnosis
- Click Add
- Input Code, Description, Section, and SubSection. Tick ‘Is Active’ to activate upon creation. Save.
- New diagnosis will appear in the drop down list in Vanda Clinic’s Diagnosis page under Personal information
