Road Map
“To support the growth of the digital economy, the Malaysian Government intends to implement e-Invoice in stages in an effort to enhance the efficiency of Malaysia’s tax administration management.”
Malaysia E-Invoice
According to the E-invoice Guideline released on February 2024, The E-Invoice covers typical transaction types such as B2B, B2C, and B2G. For B2G transactions, the e-Invoice flow will be similar to B2B.
The guideline also mention that the e-Invoice shall contains the same essential information as traditional document such as:
- Supplier’s and buyer’s details
- item description
- quantity
- price excluding tax
- tax
- and total amount

Vanda's Plan for E-invoice
VandaCare is a web application where patient can log on using platforms such as Mobile, PC, Tablets to find out more about their healthcare information.
With regards to the E-Invoicing implementation, Vanda intends to allow users to view their validated e-invoices, request and track their rejection of invoices along with any reportings.
VandaClinic is a web application where users conduct their daily operations.
Vanda intends to allow our users to submit e-invoices requests via API, which means users will not need to enter another website to submit their invoices.
Vanda also intends to allow users to conduct E-invoices reporting through VandaClinic as well.
Not to worry as the invoices are tied to our patient’s profile, the e-invoices will be automatically synchronised to VandaCare without additional steps from our users!
IRBM
