- Under consultation, press ‘ Start ‘
- Add in a note if necessary and diagnosis

At least 2 characters needed to search in diagnosis,
diagnosis will be send as a putPPL datatype in NEHR and be reflected in patient dashboard and diagnoses / problems tab
- Add prescription
- Search for medication or service
- Enter and confirm details
- Select and confirm
prescription details like drug code, quantity, name and consume method will be sent as a putOrderMedsdatatype to NEHR details which will appear under patient dashboard, medications and medication history
