Head to VandaClinic&#8217;s Inventory<\/p><p>2. Ensure that you are on the &#8220;items&#8221; page<\/p><p>3. Click on &#8220;Add&#8221;<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Next step<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-18146\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Add-vaccination-1024x578.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"578\" \/><\/p><ol><li>After clicking on &#8220;Add&#8221;, you should see this interface. Click on the &#8220;Item&#8221; text box<\/li><li>Select Vaccine<\/li><li>Search for the vaccination to be tracked followed by filling in the item information<br \/><ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\"><li>\u2018<b>dispense UM<\/b>\u2018 is the unit measurement of your item when dispensing this item, for example paracetamol is dispensed by tablets<\/li><li>Initialisation<br \/><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li><strong>Unit Cost:<\/strong> the cost of the items on hand<\/li><li><strong>Qty on hand:<\/strong> the amount of quantity on hand currently<\/li><li><strong>Expiry date:<\/strong> Whether the items has expiry date. This is necessary for FEFO dispensing<\/li><li><strong>MINI Stock:<\/strong> the minimum stock required by the clinic. This is used for requisition module<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Costing info:<br \/><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li><strong>Costing method:<\/strong> Either AVG or FEFO. AVG: Average stock dispensing.
