After restart, check if the issue has resolved itself. Head to step 2 if you still do not see any printer data<\/p><p>Step 2: Check the system tray icon on your computer&#8217;s task bar. Refer to the following image:<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17842\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/No-jsp.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"363\" height=\"230\" \/><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17845\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-21-161427-1024x221.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"221\" \/>\u00a0<\/p><p>The issue here is that the application: &#8220;JSPrinterManager 4.0&#8221; is not launched.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Step 3: Search for &#8220;JSPrint&#8221; on your computer&#8217;s search. Click on it and it should launch. Note that there will not be any application popping up.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17840\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Find-jsp-1024x1020.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1020\" \/><\/p><p>Step 4: Check the system tray to ensure that the app has launched successfully.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17841\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/JSP-launched.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"347\" height=\"274\" \/><\/p><p>Step 5: Return to Vanda and refresh. It may take a few minutes for JS to connect. Do a refresh after a few minutes if you still do not see data.\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17843\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Printer-found-woohoo-1024x344.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"344\" \/> Another scenario you may encounter is that the JSPrinterManager icon in the system tray is blue in colour. If this is the case, the application is running an update. Let the application run its course and it should turn red eventually.<\/p><p>If all the steps are followed and the issue still persists, you may attempt to reinstall JSPrinter.
