The login credentials and link will be given to you &#8211; simply head to the link on your PC&#8217;s web browser, login with the credentials and begin using Vanda!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>What to do after logging in?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">Start by filling in your tenant information followed by creating branches. Do note that permissions with &#8220;Get&#8221; and &#8220;View&#8221; are typically systemic access which should be set to &#8220;Allow&#8221; or &#8220;Not Set&#8221;, otherwise, users may face errors when accessing relevant modules.<\/span><\/span>\n<p><div id=\"attachment_14906\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14906\" class=\"wp-image-14906 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/User-Role-1024x480.png\" alt=\"User Role\" width=\"1024\" height=\"480\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-14906\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">User Role<\/p><\/div><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\">Once the roles are set up, you can begin creating users for Vanda Clinic. When creating users, it is important to select the correct User type, especially for doctors as the user type will separate the queue view for doctors. You can select the branches that the users can access along with assigning relevant roles to the users.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">You may wish to use a generic password when creating the users as users will be prompted to change their password when they login to Vanda Clinic for the first time.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14907\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14907\" class=\"wp-image-14907 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Creating-Users-1024x486.png\" alt=\"Creating Users\" width=\"1024\" height=\"486\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-14907\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Creating Users<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">Then, you may begin conducting data checks!<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">If you have had an existing CMS and have opted for migration, it is important to double check your data to ensure that all your data are in. Data checks have to take place in both Vanda Manager and Vanda Clinic. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">If you do not have any existing CMS, you may liaise with our team for standardised data such as SNOMED, NHDD, SMST for your usage. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica;\">User may also set up their own data! Start by going into Vanda Manager -&gt; Settings. font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\">Moving on, you can head to Vanda Clinic -&gt; Settings to add data that are branch specific along with some clinic specific settings such as insurances, document reference numbers, vaccination plans, combined medications, printer &amp; label settings<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14914 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medicare-asia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Insurance-1024x386.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"386\" \/><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\">Lastly, Set up your inventory!<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 20px;\">Add the items that needs to have their transactions tracked into the inventory item list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;
