# Add new anaesthetic and operation record

- select patient from queue

- go to the '**operation**' page

- click on the three dot menu under '**actions**'

- click on '**Anaesthetic**'

- fill in details

-  '**operation type**' is made in settings

- enter any '**special orders**' as free text here

- click '**save**' to save the record
