- Click **Items**

- On the item, click the **3 dots**

- Click **adjustment**

- Click **edit**

- Enter **adjustment quantity, unit cost, reason** , and any **remarks** . **Save** .

- Item **quantity** has been successfully **adjusted** and **updated** .

- To **reduce** quantity, input the **amount lesser** than the original quantity. **Save.**

- New quantity has been **updated** successfully
