As a Full Time SEG member, we offer full time jobs with good perks and travel opportunities. Here are some benefits.

1. Incentives
We will pay your salary monthly and also after completion of every project, we will give the Full Time SEG member additional incentive base on effort and result achievement during doing the project.

2. Oversea project
If the project requires you to fly oversea, we will bear the cost of your flights and airport tax. All the hotel and accommodation charges are beared by us. Other than project cost given to you, additionally, we will pay you daily allowance base on local rate.

3. Tour
We will buy you a tour to Bali or other resorts in Indonesia. The ticket can be collected at the closet place to you. For the hotel price at Bali, you can see the details at here. Alternatively, you can choose the tour to oversea, like country Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

4. Project Experience
In SEG community, we share our source code and project approach with you. You could learn various programming technique and approaches in C# programming. This will enhance your capability in coding and other benefits which you may not able to learn from other company.
